Day 4. Catch and eat (Tuesday)
Today offers a very special fishing trip.
We sail far into the fjord to an abandoned settlement that now houses a cozy restaurant. Although it is one of the most remote restaurants in the world, the food is formidable, and our hosts use the best ingredients and grow their own vegetables.
On the way there, we fish, and when you hand your catch to the chef, you can watch as he fillets the fresh fish and transforms it into the most delicious meal for you. It doesn’t get any fresher than that.
The trip is a total of approx. 6 hours, and if you prefer not to eat fish, you can also choose something else from the menu, incl. vegetarian dishes.
